A birth injury is not a simple matter. As a matter of fact, it may be one of the hardest types of malpractice to prove. Parents of children born with birth injuries are likely to blame anyone they can when first learn of their child’s condition. This is to be expected. However, if they do find that a doctor or nurse or any other part of the hospital staff was being negligent then they are sure to sue for compensation.
