Blogger Sued Over Topless Aniston Photo
A lawsuit has been filed against the gossip blogger Perez Hilton over a topless photo of Friends star and actress Jennifer Aniston was posted on the site. The lawsuit against Hilton was filed by Universal City Studio productions, and the movie studio claimed that the topless photo of the celebrity was a stolen image.Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, was accused by the studio of posting the allegedly stolen picture, and according to the lawsuit the photo was "misappropriated and illegally copied" during or after the production of her hit movie ‘The Break Up’ after the shot was cut from the final version of the blockbuster, which went on to earn nearly one hundred and twenty million at the box office.
According to the lawsuit Hilton "posted all or parts of the stolen footage from the motion picture on his Web site." The lawsuit seeks an order "directing the U.S. Marshal to seize" material and to have it removed and barr further distribution of the material.
Aniston also sued a celebrity photographer last year after accusing him of using a zoom lens to take photos of her topless or partially dressed, and accusing him of using "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures" to get photos of her.
