Teen To Sue Rapper Over Alleged Assault
A teenager from New York is planning to sue the famous rapper Busta Rhymes, after claiming that the singer beat and kicked him. The teenager claims that he was repeatedly kicked in the face by the rapper after he accidentally spit on his car.The incident is said to have occurred earlier this month, when Rhymes was driving his luxury Maybach down the street. The teenager, 19-year-old Roberto Lebron, admitted to spitting on the rapper’s car as it drove by, but said that he had only meant to spit in the street and not aimed at the car.
According to reports the rapper then approached Lebron and asked: "Homie, did you just spit on my car?" Lebron stated: "I said, 'Sorry, I didn't mean to. We're big fans of yours.' And that's the last thing I said. Then one of his people hit me in the face, and I fell to the ground. While I was on the ground, he was kicking me in the face. I saw him kick me."
Busta Rhymes was arrested after he played at a concert after Lebron filed his complaint on Saturday. A lawyer for the teenager said that the attack had left him shaken and confused.
