Lawsuit Settled By Jennifer Aniston
Hollywood celebrity Jennifer Aniston has settled a lawsuit filed against a photographer for semi-nude photos that were taken of her. Aniston filed the lawsuit in December against photographer Peter Brandt and claimed that he took topless photos covertly and from a distance using advanced equipment.The actress claimed that the photos could only have been taken "by means of trespass and/or through the use of an enhancement device." However, the photographer denied trespassing and says that he did not violate Aniston’s privacy.
In a statement that had been issued in relation to the photographs, a spokesperson for the photographer stated: "Even though they were legally obtained, Peter pulled the photos from publication."
However, the actress claimed that the photos caused her "shame, mortification, hurt feelings, emotional distress, anger, embarrassment, humiliation, feeling of being violated and injury to her privacy and peace of mind."
