Cab Driver Being Sued By Playboy Playmate
A cab driver is being sued by a Playboy playmate, who claims that she was treated roughly by police after the taxi driver told officers that she was armed and dangerous. The 35-year-old playmate announced the lawsuit at a recent press conference and will also be suing the police and the city.Stephanie Adams spoke out at the press conference and stated: ‘It was a nightmare.’ No mention was made in relation to how much was being sought in damages, and no comment was made by the city in relation to the incident.
Forty-year-old Eric Darko, the cab driver in the incident, has stated that he did nothing wrong. His comment in relation to the case was ‘She thinks she’s got a case but I didn’t do nothing wrong’.
The incident occurred in May of this year, when Adams hired Darko’s cab to get back to her apartment. Adams claims that they argued over where to drop her off, at which point he cursed at her, called the police, and made his false allegations.
