NFL Cowboys Coach Suing Fast Food Giant
Todd Haley, the game coordinator for the NFL Cowboys, is suing a fast food giant after making an unexpected finding in a salad, according to reports. Haley claims that his wife purchased a salad earlier this year from McDonalds, and that a dead rat was found in the food.The report states that Haley’s wife went with the family nanny to the fast food restaurant where she purchased the salad. The incident is said to have occurred in June of this year. After finding the rat the family waited for the fast food giant to take action, but nothing was done.
Haley has now slapped a lawsuit for over one and a half million dollars on the fast food restaurant, and this is one of a number of recent lawsuits that have been filed against McDonalds for a variety of issues, as well as against a number of other fast food restaurants.
Reports claim that the salad contained a dead rat that was about six inches in length and had its mouth still open. News reports claim that the lawsuit is seeking damages for pain and suffering.
