Heirs Of Writer Sue Heirs Of Compose
The heirs of a writer that penned the words for a number of operas are suing the heirs of a compose who wrote the music for the operas, claiming that before his death the composer had provided contracts that gave the writer – and therefore his heirs – a cut of the royalties from his music in exchange for the rights to use the words penned by the writer.
