Pain management is another area that can be addressed through hypnosis, and many people who suffer from chronic physical pain could find some degree of relief through effective hypnosis, although this may be in conjunction with other forms of treatment, such as medication or additional therapy. According to statistics, around eighty five percent of those seeking treatment from a trained hypnotherapist will be responsive to this particular method, which means that it may have the desired effect, although the level of success may vary from one patient to another.
