This is a technique often associated with entertainment and television, where celebrity hypnotists may carry out hypnosis for entertainment purposes. However, it is also a procedure that is effectively used in a clinical setting by trained professionals known as hypnotherapists, who are able to try and treat a range of issues and problems through this technique.
